Cold Blood isn’t working correctly

Specifically with Cold Blood + Secret Technique interaction.
You use cold blood, use secret technique, and it doesn’t crit at all unless it randomly crits from your base crit chance.
It also uses the cold blood buff on your player so it seems like this isn’t intended

Bumping this, also noting that the combination of Cold Blood → Secret Technique is not working as expected.

WOO! Patch notes states they fixed, hopefully it’ll make secret technique crit now
