Can we please rework the acquisition of coins? Like have some dailies etc.

Bring a book and work out those flight paths lol

I haven’t done the coin collecting in quite a few years and saw the new mount, I want it. I’m honestly looking forward to running all over the world collecting.

You get 25 from a quest that tells you to go visit 8 moonwells.

It’s not repeatable each year. So I can’t do it on my mage again since I did prior.

Nope.

I’ve been using alts. All Mages. Then on my last go I doubled down on my second account and just used a 2-seater to get 2 lots of 25. WIsh I’d have thought of doing that sooner to be honest.

I really enjoy travelling around and collecting coins.

It’s chill and I go places I haven’t been too in a long time.

The coins need to be warbound.

Wouldn’t I bump into the elder if I did that? You gotta be careful with the old folks, they break hips easily.

They don’t need to be warbound. Just fly around on an alt and collect the coins you need again. Hell, use it to level an alt, those quests do give xp and you can fly starting at level 10.

Honestly, Dragon Riding was the big change upnyou asked for. It has made obtaining these so so much faster.

I have never minded going out and visiting old places though. Might spot something you didn’t know about or go run and old dungeon or raid nearby.

The entire game doesn’t have to always revolve around end game or the current zone to be fun.

You can do the quest on an alt and then have them collect the remaining coins.

It’s one of the few holiday currencies, if not the only one, that doesn’t disappear. It would be nice if they were warband bound though.

I did all this traveling years ago, when there were less elders.
I wanted the magic lantern battle pet.
I obtained the pet, but I haven’t revisited coin collecting again.

I really thought there used to be a couple dailies in Moonglade barrow dens, unless they did away with them.
There used to be a demon boss by the barrow dens that required 10 people minimum, at least I think he was for lunar festival.
