It’s still a 1 day cooldown during the halloween event

Shouldn’t it be reduced as described by the tooltip?
The tooltip says “Cooldown reduced during Hallow’s End” and it is Hallow’s End right now.

Was just about to post this, its supposed to be an hour during the event. Weird.

Except it isn’t working. It’s still putting it on a 24 hour CD
