Not sure if bugged or I missed a change. I had 4 keys, used them all up. Then some friends wanted me to join them for delves. So I went and did 2 world events that i know in the past gave keys, and the world quest tooltip showed they gave keys…but neither one gave a key. I have 75 shards from world quests but that too, I go to do the radiant quests and none of the places it says they are supposed to be at, have anything there.

Yup, first four chests from weekly events give a key, rest won’t. You could get them from the Adventurer chests, for example.
You should have 5 if you got one of them from the starter pack in Dorn since it’s the start of S2. But that’s per account though and is a one time thing.
And coffer keys have always been capped to 4 when doing weekly activities but you can get more than 4 a week via Radiant Echoes(Find a solid group in LFG) and rake up enough scores should grant you almost 200 shards, that along with WQ that offers 25 shards you’ll have 2 more for the week.

The reason why you think you should have more keys is because for season 1 we could farm a lot of keys before delves opened, so we had like 15 to use when the season finally opened.
Further more you can get more keys from key fragments, which can be a reward from world quests and from doing the world soul stuff.

The only ways to get keys past the initial four each week (that I am aware of):
- Reputation vendors that award a Restored Coffer Key. Rank 9 with Goblin Cartels will offer one.
- Combining 100 fragments to make a new key. The fragments can be farmed from World Quests and the Radiant Echo world events.
Beyond that, I’m afraid you have to wait until Tuesday.

Unfortunately I can’t do the Radiant Echos as they don’t show up in the world for me, for some reason.

And are you sure you aren’t just missing the Worldsoul icon. It’s small.
There’s one up right now in the Northwest of the Demolition Dome in Undermine.
Idk…this game is buggy as hell. Just killed a world boss for shards and it didnt complete the quest…shows as being done but the quest is still there and I never got the rewards…
Fly away then fly back and you’ll get the rewards. Same thing happened to me.

Once they get the BNET issue resolved, you should relog and probably will be completed.
Can confirm, this is what I had to do as well.
As said, you only get 4 weekly, plus any you get from renown, and from collecting Coffer Key Shards.
I got 8 this week on this one then different amounts on a few alts so I think it depends outside of the general 4 that are guaranteed from week to week.

You didn’t specify how you got your 8 keys. Did you get them as rep rewards? Worldsoul fragments?
There have always been a maximum of 4 keys per character from the first 4 caches they open every week. There is no variance per character or otherwise.
