before 9.2.5 this trinket could reflect stagger dmg intake back at the target now it does not do this. Is this intended or is this an unintended bug from the patch? Would love to know if it’s now worthless and dump it or hang on it and pray this is resolved.
FYI:
Not going to lie this pisses me off as the trinket is now completely devoid of value and no longer scales with iLvL. This is a case where the bug should have been the intended behavior.
