I just hit level 10 on a warlock. Accepted the Another timey invitation. And did the 2 intro quets. Then accepted Chormie’s Codex. But says you dont meet requirements when I queue for the dungeon. Also cannot do any time walking dungeons for the event. Says you dont meet requirements.
Any solutions ?

Are you certain you are using the dropdown and selecting Timewalking Classic? It automatically defaults to Random TWW. Dragonflight.
Edit: For level 10. Sorry, I’m used to being on TWW.

Since it is a new character and you are trying to queue up for your first group content I feel I should ask… did you make sure to check your role as dps before you tried to queue?
Just tested my level 10.
I can queue for TW Classic and Chromie’s Codex, just not at the same time.

I did check DPS as my role.
I can do Dragon Isles main quest line.
Not sure if it even matters but i have never seen anyone in a timewalking dungeon run lower than lvl 11, and those were always fury warrior twinks taking the tank role
I did not, I just went straight to Caverns of Time then to Chromie to test this out. This was on a level 10 Dracthyr.
I’ve done this on multiple characters during this Anniversary, I’ve not had any issues at all. Level 10, and 70’s.
I think the sweet spot is level 11 for that, I’ve queued on multiple characters at level 10.
Sorry, I had to ask because… I’ve ticked the wrong box before and it took me a few minutes to realize why it wouldn’t let me queue 
I know there was a bug a while back with folks who hadn’t purchased TWW couldn’t do it, but that’s been fixed since then.
I also remember there was an issue where I couldn’t queue for certain content as soon as I hit the level requirement - I had to log out and back in before it would let me. I can’t for the life of me remember what it was, but it was fairly recent as I’ve only been playing again for a few months.
That was it … I had accepted the quest but not logged out. I logged out and log back in… and now I can queue from LFR . definitely buggy !
