I guess I’m not understanding how these work. I’ve been maxed @ 25000 rrfor a while but Wrathion doesn’t give me the option to buy the Vessels of Horrific Visions that these seem to be the purpose of.

You have to finish the questline to get the cape and then experience the visions before you can buy additional access to visions.
Thank you, I was wondering this myself lol. I’m working on the mount via my paladin and have a bunch of those things now but have been avoiding visions like the plague.
The Org vision is pretty easy the first few runs, you only need to clear 2 packs of trash going straight ahead(one pack of 3 and one pack of 4) then the two guards at the door. Using a little CC makes that pretty simple, then just kill Thrall (which you don’t even have to succeed at in your first attempt).
Thrall has 2 moves to begin with, both of which you simply dodge. The first is a “shockwave” style move in a line in front of him, the second is a two stage aoe where you simply stand where it isn’t (either in the middle of the room or the edge of the room, first one, then the other).

You need to finish the whole questline.
I’m guessing I lost the chain somewhere along the way. I have unlocked the Vale Assaults but I seem to have lost the quests beyond that.
