It hasn’t been seen since February 23rd.
Problem being, one of the Protoform Schematics is tied to completing daily, (and to top THAT off, it’s not a 100% drop rate)
Is the spawn bugged or something?

Blizz does not want anyone to get the violent poultrid pet schematics.
Was just wondering about that WQ myself. I’ve only seen it up once.
Old post, but the quest came up today…tried with 3 toons all protoform unlocked, no schematic. So bummed
Ironically, the quest is up a second day in a row, and ironically did the quest 3x again and no schematic.
