Cloud serpent exalted no mount

So this is probably old but I just got exalted with the order of the cloud serpent, but no mount and my hatchling is still in the little area. I bought a second one and it says I already know that spell when it’s a different color and nobody else has quests except for the dailies like snack time, fishing, and so on. Does anyone know what I did wrong or if it’s a bug?

You don't have to be Exalted anymore to get Cloud Serpents....

Go check the quartermaster and see if they’re available for purchase:

If not, put in a ticket. If nothing else the GM should be able to tell you if you missed anything.

Also, check your mount tab and your bags... are you sure you don’t have it?

They’re available for purchase but it won’t let me learn them due to (already known)

I have 4 mounts... I feel like I’d see it I checked and unchecked all filters as well.

They’re available for purchase but it won’t let me learn them due to (already known)
Then they’re either already in your mount tab, or it’s a bug. Double check your mount tab and put in a ticket if they’re not there.

this you have to do vthe dailies to get him to grow also gotta do the races to learn to control them

or just hope a tome appears on the BMAH for ya

I did the races when it would let me and I checked the hatchling every day but never had any quests or any interactions I could do other than “/pet” also bc it’s a dh my cooking and archeology skills weren’t high enough to do those dailies but I did the others and every other quest.

And I put in a ticket about an hour or so ago. Thank you guys though I hope I get this dragon eventually lol.

Check to see if you have Low Level Quest tracking turned on. There should have been some additional quests available that would let you train your hatchling into a mount.
