Incidentally Warcraft itself was a setting for D&D…
If we treat WoW as a D&D Setting influenced by Belief Shapes the Planes then the insanity of the Shadowlands and the Twisting Nether is understandable.
Someone on the Prime Material Plane’s beliefs warped the history and nature of the 2 Cosmic Realms to a complete mess that doesn’t make sense.
Exandria is mentioned in Forgotten Realms for what it’s worth so there will be things to draw on.
Alas what Exandria represents is not the Planes themselves(besides one of the endless Universes of the Prime Material Plane) and thus not as interesting a setting considering that each Plane has multiple infinitely expanding Layers.
Imagine a TV Show focused on Arborea, the House of Nature or Baator!
Furthermore D&D shouldn’t be the only Franchise to make a Cartoon TV Show about a Plane of Existence(with multiple infinitely expanding Layers) as I’m sure a show where the Elemental Plane of Water has multiple Layers would be interesting to see(of course D&D can pull off a Retcon and give the Plane of Water a couple of Layers that are infinitely large).
Doesn’t this community complain about the teams poor writing? I don’t know if a Warcraft series on amazon would fix that. 
So Netflix streams Arcane, which is based on the lore of Riot Games’ “League of Legends .” Became a big hit with a second series in production. So, naturally Amazon decides to dip there foot in the pool and create a series based on another multi player game.
When will Hulu be making a Warcraft animated series then?

If your talking about “somthin to watch on tv” then we got the warcraft movie. That’s… close to what your asking for. is it good… I’ll let you decide.
If you want something animated then watch the trailers. If you want an animated show… I dunno… some of the newer star wars maybe… (the wow movie had animated orks and whatnot aswell)
Fun fact : the voice actor for Garrosh Hellscream is the same voice actor for Jiren in Dragonball Super.
