[CLOSED] Didn't get Aura!

I completed my 1000 trader tender for the month, but when I clicked on the chest, I didn’t get my wizard ducky!

Help!

EDIT: Got Aura! Thread is now ignored.

maybe try relogging and going back to the chest again?

I would open a ticket on it, if you’re sure she isn’t in your pet journal. hopefully the gm’s can help

Try on another character; I seem to recall people resolving similar issues in the past by doing that.

Have you tried completely exit the game? Not simply logging out and in.

Tried that too. Just completed another task so I’m gonna see if this works.

Edit: DONE! Got my Aura ducky!
