No, the pro GDKP crowd is going to keep spamming their threads and forcing the mods to merge them with the megathread forever.
The hordes of bots on empty servers farming black lotuses to free transfer them to Swipemane begs to differ.
This is the only way they can attempt to get anything to WMC, but odd that you want to come here… ya know, “Swpipemane” and all that…
how come you don’t want your own rule set server? Why not a Nightslayer Era? Would be BiS for you guys since then you can keep Dual Spec, and be free of GDKP because I assure you the rule set here will not be changing.

Sooo I dont know if anyone recalls, but one of the DEVs from SOD chimed in on this and said that they would consider it if there was a demand for it.

Yeah well you admitted you cheated(That’s what duping is) to get it so I’m not surprised you have that much.
I’m a rogue I don’t need dual spec and I’m fine with no GDKP because the small servers don’t do GDKP because they barely have enough people to fill a raid team.
Cheating? Cheating would imply I somehow exploited the gold, see what I did was simply xfer my toons over. I know you’re mad as hell you didn’t do it way back when but its not my fault you should have a carer to get you through life. Your disability isn’t my problem tho!
IF anniversary had WSG games, I’d be more inclined but they have 7x the population and only 1 wsg. Not all the players will xfer and I’d guess most anniversary pvp players are there because they want tbc-arena pvp, as the pvp in anniversary has been most subpar and afk.
So I don’t think it will actually increase Era pvp - i have a feeling it will simply add afk players typingin chat and ruining games, because they don’t care about the reputation of their clone.

Think you’re missing the point here…
If say for example blizzard did open transfers back up (they’re turned off right now) but lets say they did and you could pay to move to Era servers…
You would be ok with GDKP players existing on your realm?
Exactly what I am afraid of… Kinda why they should just have their own special Anniversary Era. I would be very displeased if our BG’s were ruined because they want to AFK or give up at the first sign of a challenge.

Yeah, it would suck
I think part of why players actually make an effort in BGs is that reputations somewhat matters. (and this is maybe why the players from pve cluster afk a lot more already because they don’t care what whitemane players think of them)
But thousands of anni clones could make this problem a lot worse.

Sounds like exploiting/cheating to me.
Well an increased population cannot possibly decrease PvP activity and would only ever increase it. So 
It takes 1 bad players to ruin an entire WSG game and make people stop queueing.
Increase in population with a afk-in-pvp-culture can def reduce pvp participation
Nobody wants to play when people sit dead at GY all game typing ‘let them win’, its not fun to players with them and it’s not fun for the other team as there is zero challenge

If leveling a toon on Era was too much effort for someone, you can almost guarantee that making effort to win a WSG is way further out of their skillset.

You wouldnt know this, but that isnt happening on Anniversary Fresh.
I, however, would know because I have grinded 20,000 rep in WSG on Anniversary Fresh in the past 6 weeks.
I don’t doubt the players still playing WSG on anni are gamers. If we could open transfers for those 50 players only I’d be super down for it.
It’s the 5000 others and 10,000 bots that sell them gold that worry me.
Era pvp game quality went up a ton when anniversary launched, we don’t really need to step backwards
