A couple times now Ive mentioned hearthing and cloaks and I say there are 2 cloaks that transport you to your faction capital. Both are from the guild vendor. A blue one with a 4 hour cooldown and a Purple one with a 2 hour. And they dont share a cooldown.
But someone says there is a 3rd. What is the 3rd cloak? There isnt a green one on the vendor. So I am curious what this 3rd one is.
There is a green one from the vendor
The green one is the shroud of cooperation and can be purchased from the guild vendor. The horde version might have a different name.
Ah ok. The green one is locked behind an achievement and appears to be bugged.
Says max level for each class and Honored.
Im exalted and have most of classes at that and max level, but shows no progress.
Ok. At least I know what it is then. I have the 2 (blue/purple) on each of my characters. All I really need. Im guessing the green is 6 or 8 hour cooldown.
Those are locked behind guild achievements, not personal ones.

not hard…I just hate some of the classes way too much to even want to ever play them again.
I have engineering wormholes anyway, so not a huge deal
Just out of curiosity, what classes are so bad that you can’t spend 20 hours on them to get an achievement?
All my characters are in my Guild. And yeah, I found the achievement in the guild area. Shows no progress on achievement
70 DH Guild Leader
70 Hunter
70 Paladin
70 Priest
70 Warrior
70 Evoker
70 Shaman
70 Warlock
(Ive tried and cant get into Monk, Druid, Mage, DK or Rogue)
All are repped Honored or higher. All hit 70 (and 60 and 120…) in this guild.

Thats just off the top of my head.
Even if its only 20 hours per…thats 80 hours i AINT wasting for some teleport lol
Especially when you can get the Rare/Epic without the hoops.
(plus hearthstone, Dalaran hearth, garrison hearth)

I do like collecting the ports as long as there is no irritation factor. theyre pretty cool. But you can get the old dalaran teleport ring for under 10k for literally no work at all. That gets me to Northrend if Im heading there, and back to the capital city if Im going anywhere else.
With the hearthstones, that right. Engineering wormholes, Mage, druid and Mole Machine ports, Im not really dying hard enough to spend 20 hours+ per class to get one more cloak port, lol
Off topic, but…
I think it’s kind of a shame that some cloaks don’t have unique animations to reflect hearthing or spell/ability channeling… Think Dr. Strange’s cloak of levitation, but not as complex.
I feel like the last time the devs tried to do anything with cloaks was in mists?
Speaking of ports, everyone should get the Tome of Teleportation addon
It puts all your various teleport toys, items, and hearthstone skins into one window for easy travel. Definitely a game changer.
Thanks for that info…ive never heard of that addon. Very helpful. Ive been tempted to make some kind of map or something to keep track of all the ports lol
Yeah it’s fantastic
It’ll even equip anything that needs to be equipped first and then swap back to what was originally in that slot once you teleport. That way you don’t wind up zoning into an arena wearing a ilvl 29 cloak… not that I’ve ever done that before… 
i got that add one also might swaping form bs to engineering worm holes
Not a cloak, but the Tol Barad factions have a tabard that will teleport you to their base on the island, where you’ll be right in front of a portal to either Stormwind or Ogrimmar.
