I know this is arena but you are my people. Where does this quest start? Is it worth it?
Starts in Dornogal with Locust Walker.
714 this week & don’t have to spend conq/honor so I’d say so.
You also save conquest for your alts as well because you can skip the quest & get the cloak free on them.

It probably doesn’t matter much either way but it doesn’t hurt to have and it’s pretty good. I understand questing is annoying, and I agree, but it’s worth doing the quest to get it imo.
The npc isnt even there for me s9 probably missed the quest line prior
Did you do the story?
Totally worth it. Takes 2 hours to get it and after you have it you can upgrade it from scraps that you automatically get while pvping.
Wonder how Abathur would look in this game. (had to do it)

It is necessary
The cloak already outpaced honor gear and will outpace conqiest gear as it maxes out at 730. Plus it lets you change the stats. For some specs procs a lot (seems to proc a lot on fast hitters like dh fury enh rogue woah who would have thought the same classes that benefited from the stupid circlet)
Takes about 1.5 hrs give or take a little depending on how fast you quest and if you read/watch everything.
It’s not that bad of a chain. You get it in the 3/5 part of the story.
