Cloak of Multitudinous Sheaths is t-mogged, but still shows uncollected

I have collected and have [Cloak of Multitudinous Sheaths] in my bags (soulbound), but when I search the AH, it still shows uncollected (same ilvl, both 155, mythic level). I can t-mog it and in my bags shows collected.
