Tried to skip the questline on my alt and now it’s not showing any NPC or where to go so I can’t get my cloak.
Edit: Not bugged… just not guidance on where to actually go… had to google it…
For those wondering, you have to go to Overlook Zo’Shuul (where you do the phase jumping intro quests) and talk to Hashim. Tell him you need Reshi Wrap
