Where are these obtained from? I’ve searched the internet top to bottom. I’ve asked someone who had it and they can’t recall. The tip says it comes from a world drop, so I’m assuming a rare, but which one? Does anyone have this who can point me in the right direction?

Not quite. The horns. Those are the ears. They go in the same place but they’re horns instead of ears.
Have you gotten an answer on this from anywhere else yet? I’ve been trying to find at the very least the item name but to no avail.
GAWD…as a mog hunter this new dragon appearance thing is right up my alley.
They really need to go nuts with this kind of stuff

FOUND SOMETHING in case anyone is looking:
look in the comments - looks like it was labeled as horned jaw but drops horned ears? So maybe look at rares that drop the jaw instead.
