Drake armor customization is available for purchase from NPC even after learning the customization option. This behavior is inconsistent with other purchasable dragonriding appearances, which disappear from the vendor after being learned, suggesting the Day of the Dead Armor appearance has not been collected by your character.
I believe the item should not be available for purchase or show “Already Known” after being purchased and learned.
I just purchased the Day of the Dead armor transmog for the cliffside wilderdrake. 50,000 gold. It didn’t show as already known so i thought it was something new. I figured no big deal I will just sell it back, but you can’t sell it back. I do not have gold like to waste like that. 50k gold is more than I can afford to lose. Items say “already known” please provide a refund and fix issue to prevent others from making the same mistake. Please help.
