The new UI and clickcasting is fine. Not excellent, but better than it was.
Clickcasting is easy to macro and very similar to HealBot, etc.
For those not understanding how to see buffs/debuffs, go to Edit Mode and click on your raid/party frames in the HUD Edit mode and Advanced Options.
My issue is that with Healbot and other similar addons, we could keybind mouseclicks to work only on the Addons’ unit frames, which would leave the native Blizz unit frames and mouseclicks undisturbed.
Is there a way to have Click Casting bound ONLY to Party/Raid frames but NOT to the Player Frame?
I would think a selector that allows a player to say “Make Click Casting apply to the following:
Party Frame
Raid Frame
Target Frame
Player Frame
Focus Frame
Pet Frame
Wouldn’t be exceedingly difficult…?

Clique provides this functionality and it’s the only reason I still use it when every other function has been integrated into the base UI. It’s basically a matter of set everything up normally, then go into your options, frame denylist and blacklist and just blacklist the relevant frames.
Dunno if they’ll ever add frame blacklist as a functionality to the base UI but at least there’s a workaround.

you can also [@mouseover, exists etc][@target] so it functions as a mouseover and casts on your target if no mouseover exists.
As far as click casting, is it only L/R mouse buttons? I can’t get it to recognize 1-10, or anything but L/R mouse.
I would love an option for click casting to only apply to party/raid frames as well!
Being able to right click or keybind to raid frames would be great. Really the only thing that’s missing. Well, except for analytics, but thats a different convversation.
