Clerk Daltry MIA?

So I rolled into Duskwood last night to level up, but found Clerk Daltry missing from his usual spot in the Darkshire town hall. Figuring that maybe he got killed and just has a longer respawn time, I logged off for the night.

Logged on this morning to find him still missing. This makes completing the “Legend of Stalvan” questline impossible.

@Ilalaria I was having the same problem, I had War Mode on, turned it off and he appeared. I had tried everything else. Talked to chromie and changed to cata, didnt work, zoned in and out, didnt work. War Mode off worked.
