Clearcasting/Molten core proc LOUD

Molten core proc along with other forms of clearclasting are INSANELY loud and keep repeating the noise over and over again

Same for fire mage heating up and pyroblast! procs. The sound effect spams you as long as the proc is available.

Seems to be happening on all classes with procs.
