Clearcasting bugged?

Not sure if it’s a bug or I’m missing something here but…

I’ve been picking the Clearcast talent (Arcane Concentration) while leveling my mage, but I haven’t seen it proc at all, not once.

Anyone experiencing this as well?

Also… I hear Clearcast should be able to proc from any of the hits from Arcane Missile. Is this true on live?

I had a similar problem, but then I realized it seems to only be arcane missiles that isn’t triggering clearcasting. I could actually get it to proc off of frostbolt successfully. Are you sure its not just arcane missiles that isn’t triggering it? Either way it seems like a bug
