I hesitate in reporting this as a bug cause I’m not sure it is or I’m missing something here.
I’ve been picking the Clearcast talent (Arcane Concentration) while leveling my mage, but I haven’t seen it proc at all, not once.
Anyone experiencing this as well?
Also… I hear Clearcast should be able to proc from any of the hits from Arcane Missile. Is this true on live?
