There is a current bug that when you pass by the “Decay Cleanup” world quest in The Azure Span that bugs your extra ability bar with the action “Summon Cleansing Totem”. The only way it seems that you can actually get rid of this icon is by finishing the world quest, which is rather annoying.
I was running a +10 Al’gareth and we got to the Crawth pre fight where you turn the 3 balls in. I was unable to click the ball to drop (due to this UI bug), and even after hearthing and getting resummoned… the ball despawned.
Why is there not an option to drop the ball in general? Why is it next to the debuffs where lust is until turned in? It seems quite ridiculous to ruin an entire dungeon based on this. Also, you can’t even jump off the cliff to die.
So as far as bug reporting, please God fix this UI bug… and maybe add a better option for the Crawth balls that makes it so you can actually spawn the boss and properly do the fight without some simple error like this.

THIS COPY Paste from someone else happend to me I cannot get rid of totem… PLEASE fix
Before my dungeon Que in Algeth’ar Academy; I was in Brackenhide Hollow. My extra ability button was “Summon Cleanse Totem”, and it was permanent. Went into Academy dungeon, got to Crawth boss platform. Before the boss spawns you have to pick up the balls and take them to a zone, use the Extra Ability to throw the ball to score. Which will activate the boss.
When I grabbed the Ball, my extra ability button stayed Cleanse Totem. We lost the ball spawn. It doesn’t respawn. Can’t kill ourselves from leaping off platform. We all relogged. We all teleported in and out. Last boss is gated from Crawth fight.
Even after leaving dungeon instance and dying outside of it, the Extra Ability bar is still Cleanse Totem. Couldn’t finish the dungeon, we all had to just abandon it. My extra ability button is permanently Summon Cleanse Totem it seems.
