They should be adding new druid forms every xpac or even every patch.
They can create 100’s of NPCs, I’m sure they can squeeze in 3-5 shapeshifts+recolors.
And no, bears/cats do not have special animations. All spell effects are spell effects, as I can use toys like Sindorei and coin of many faces and I still see all bear effects.
