The m+ score system has proven to be nothing but a facade, as it has failed to put an end to the rampant class and spec discrimination in the WoW community. Despite have 2860 points, I found myself repeatedly kicked out of 20s m+ groups simply because of a 2600 protection warrior. It is beyond absurd that I have successfully timed 22s in the same dungeon, yet my abilities are immediately disregarded because I am a bear tank. This is not only unfair, but it is a blatant injustice to players who have worked tirelessly to master their roles and contribute to the game. It is time for the WoW community to recognize that skill and performance should always outweigh the narrow-minded biases that have persisted for far too long.
I am left to wonder if the pursuit of meta specs in this community has crossed into the realm of pathology, or if the M+ score system is simply being blatantly disregarded as a player’s true measure of skill. The idea that certain specs are inherently better than others has been reinforced to the point of absurdity, leading to a culture of exclusion and an emphasis on shallow criteria over genuine talent.
The M+ score system was created to level the playing field and promote fair competition, but it has been reduced to nothing more than a tool of exclusion for those who do not fit the narrow mold of what is considered “meta”. This is not only disheartening, but it is an insult to players who have put in the hard work and dedication to master their craft and contribute to the game.
It is time for the WoW community to reexamine its priorities and realize that true skill and talent are not determined by superficial factors, but rather by a player’s dedication, hard work, and expertise. Until we break free from the toxic culture of exclusivity and embrace a truly inclusive environment, we will continue to miss out on the immense potential of this incredible game.

The biased preferences of the elite WOW players for protection warriors are hindering the progress of other players.
It is utterly disappointing that the so-called “pro” players in the WOW community have been found to exhibit an alarming bias towards protection warriors, while disregarding the abilities and potential of other players. This trend has led to the unfair and biased treatment of many talented players who are unable to showcase their full potential, simply because they do not belong to the “preferred” category.
It is time for the WOW community to recognize that every player has the potential to contribute to the game, regardless of their class or spec. The biased preferences of a few should not be allowed to influence the entire community and create an environment of exclusion and discrimination. It is time to embrace diversity and celebrate the unique talents and skills of every player, without bias or prejudice.

Just make your own group with your key. Invite whoever you want?

That’s not why people are assigned scores/ratings/rankings.

It is pretty hilarious that you are getting kicked out of keys with such a high score just because a prot warrior joins queue. The unfortunate fact is that prot warriors are by far the most powerful tanking spec in the game due to what is essentially always active 40% mitigation from shield block, and really powerful magic damage mitigation to boot.
On top of that, you don’t even need to do an advanced rotation to achieve that. It is probably one of the easiest specializations in the game to play, period, so people are going to have much better experiences with them in general. A paladin has powerful mitigation, but if you don’t do their rotation correctly, you are going to be the squishiest tank in the entire game. Prot warrios basically just need to press thunder clap and shield slam occasionally, and they will have enough rage to keep up permanent capped ignore pain and shield block.
It is completely ridiculous, but people just want to push with meta classes, which is kind of funny because a lot of FOTM rerollers are much worse at their class than offmeta spec diehards. I don’t play at the same level as you, and tend to gravitate to 18 keys at most, but I would take a high score firemage over a high score DH any day, because I know that that person probably knows that spec like the back of their hand if they are playing it despite the fact that it isn’t meta.

Is it just for the simple reason that I have not received the keys to Shadow Moon Graveyard and Stars that I must forfeit my chance to earn points for these dungeons this season?

It’s utterly ludicrous to believe that I can’t time a 20s M+ run simply because I am a bear tank, especially when I have already timed 22s of the same dungeon.
This is a disgrace that had happened repeatedly, when I asked why the answer was simply because I am a bear tank.

It’s been interesting to see the top runs has changed to prot paladins recently per raider.io.
Only 6 prot warriors on the front page of timed keys (top 20, and horrible metric to go by).

Which the closest thing we have to show this is raiderio.
Make another addon that uses feelings and the earth’s chi or whatever to materialize your feelings into a score.

M+ is the scourge of warcraft and will destroy the playerbase if left in-game.
There, I said it. I’m hungry, lets get a taco.

So… what you are saying is that druids don’t need to be buffed and they should cancel the buffs to druid tanks?
