Lore no longer makes any sense and it’s completely ridiculous (imo) so why do we still have class/race restrictions in game?

Why can’t we have Orc druids already?

Classes are abstractions that are supposed represent what walks of life a race/culture has come to practice in the lore. Your character works within that framework

No factions. No class restrictions. No armor (except pants.) Yeah let’s just throw every thing out the window and change everyone’s class color to gray. :roll_eyes:

People are only against it when it doesn’t affect them. All non-night elf druids are lore abominations, but we still have them. Making exceptions for some race/class combos while denying the rest is hypocritical.

I think they’ve made to many lore sacrifices in the name of game play. I’d wish they’d take a serious look at how to remove them.

Orc druids would still make lore sense. How can you be allies with two races that know how to be druids and neither of them races teach an orc the druid ways…

Probably because they killed their demigod, constantly trying to clear cut forests and try and make the earth suit them, rather than the other way around.

If we can have those… We can have Orc druids.

Maybe because of what you guys did to Cairne, or your clear cut logging, or pollution of the water or… do I need to go on?

I’d rather we went back to the early style system where class/race combos were more limited.
