So at this point is death knight for everyone going to be the only new class/race combination, I had hoped there would be new combinations announced when alpha hit.

With new starting areas there is no longer any reason at all to limit Monks from any race. Goblin and Worgen need to get the class.
Night Elf Paladin is a thing in Legion Paladin class Order hall so theres that. Forsaken Paladins would be nice. Blood Elf Druids would be glorious.
Void elf demon hunter. Need to open the gates to the fel academy sometime again, given the legion’s defeat, now is the perfect time to consider that.
If not then I’d pick Lightforged Draenei rogues, think not of stealth but of the fact that no one expects the spanish inquisition.
