use your unfathomable wealth of resources and FIX IT! As much as I love getting home from work and having to wait 2 hours just to be late for my raid, it’s time to do something about it. We were promised more transparency and communication with the community, so now’s the time, Blizz. What’s the plan moving forward? Or are we supposed to just get used to unreasonable Q times and the raid tardiness that it brings, and the guild dissolution that could come with it? These guilds are why the classic community is so strong, and these Q times are making event coordination nearly impossible.
Its a player issue, they’re choosing to move to these servers. Don’t blame the company for players making dumb choices.

The company has the power to take overpopulated servers off of the list of servers available for transfer when people are coming from other overpopulated servers. This would solve it. Simple as that

Or you could transfer off. Player made problems have player made solutions.

For example, if I get a free xfer because my server is overpopulated, and I end up using it to xfer to a server that is just as overpopulated, it completely defeats the purpose. Am I missing something?
Most people make a scout toon to scope out servers their interested in, they dont pick one at random and hope its not overpopulated.
There is still wait times? I was told this game would be dead months ago

You could always… you know… look at the server before you transfer to make sure it is low pop… Just an idea.

When Blizzard first offered free realm transfers in Classic, they did exactly this. The transfers were limited to transfers FROM overpopulated realms TO less-populated realms. They tried doing that for several weeks, as I recall.
Apparently it didn’t work OR players objected OR there was some other problem with it. Because they closed that, and when they opened up paid transfers, there wasn’t this restriction.

I totally agree.
Better server stability with no layers, a higher server cap, more servers in general, better servers running on better hardware, better optimization job…

Sound Plan. Take players off the server into a server they don’t want to be, possibly breaking the connection with the friends/guilds they made with the game and possibly the community might be worse or not the same as he/she had previously, leading them to possibly go back to the server again and reroll or if they happened to be taken off the server again, they will possibly quit.

I rolled a toon on Incendious last week… went in the LFG channel and said… “new to server, looking for leveling guild”
You should have seen how many people were pissed off. it was hilarious!!

Seriously… We’ve made our bed. Now we have to lie in it.
Here are some suggested fixes:
- You’re losing AV as Alliance? Learn to play or roll Horde
- You don’t like long queue times for AV? Roll Alliance
- Your server is imbalanced? Transfer off or reroll
- Horde racials are OP? Roll Horde
- You don’t like being camped? Role PvE
- Don’t like Classic? Retail ------->
