I’m on the server Deviate Delight. South Shore is completely empty. I ran out to grab the flightpath. There are no NPCs. No guards, vendors or flightmaster. Completely empty. The mail box isn’t even there.
Have you tried restarting your computer?
Not yet. I exited the game and am currently scanning/repairing. I’ll restart if that doesn’t fix it.
