Classic WoW not showing up in Launcher

Subscribed for two weeks now, Classic isn’t showing up in launcher, tried uninstalling launcher, won’t let me says error, don’t know how to update it either, Customer Support Queue is 60+ minutes.

I am having this same problem. Classic does not show in the drop down of my launcher. I have been subscribed to retail for many years.

Hey, all!

If you do not see Classic in the drop down menu above the play button, it means you have a much older version of the Battle.net app installed. Completely uninstall the app and reinstall it using these steps:

that did not work either. reinstalled, nothing. no classic

What is your version number for your Battle.net Application? You will be able to see the version number in the bottom level corner of the Battle.net Settings menu. If it does not list 1.15.1.11346 you do not have the newest version installed.

I have uninstalled, and re-installed. and I even checked my Bnet launcher version number. and it is not the same as the one you have listed. And when i search for updates, it tells me i have the newest version. How do i get the update to go through

If the launcher version number reads 1.15.2.11379 (Beta), you are using the beta version of the launcher.

Hey folks,

If just reinstalling the app fails to fix the problem, you’ll want to try removing all the associated app data:

  1. Press Windows+R to open the “Run” prompt
  2. Type one of the below locations and press enter:
    %programdata%
    %temp%
    %appdata%
    %localappdata%
  3. Delete any folders which say Blizzard, Battle.net, or Blizzard Entertainment
  4. Repeat steps 2/3 for all 4 locations above
  5. Grab a new battle.net application installer from our website and run it

We’ve found this fixes things when a simple reinstall doesn’t. Anybody still have problems after that?

Were you trying during maintenance just now? If the app is offline then the classic option will not appear.

yes just thought update was done, since ppl are online
