On launch of the Brewfest in Classic Wotlk the quest ( Say, There Wouldn’t Happen to be a Souvenir This Year, Would There? ) can NOT be obtained from Pol Amberstill thus you can NOT get the stein for the event.

That sucks, is it just the boosted char or are you unable to get it on your main as well?
Same thing happening with me on Grobbulus. I am not a boosted.

That’s so weird, I wonder what happened for it to mess up like this…
Best we can do is complain on the forums until Blizz hopefully sees this.

I am having the same issue on my rogue.
Same issue on my non-boosted rogue.
None of my characters appear to be able to grab the quest.
Several people on Atiesh are also having this problem.
I am also having this issue on a non-boosted mage on Benediction. Further I’m not able to start the ram racing quest. I’m seeing others with this issue on wowhead so it seems to be a known problem
ALSO HAVing this problem on my hunter, not boosted.
Same on Pagle. Boosted and non boosted chars.
I’m having the same issue on Grobbulus and am a non-boosted Paladin.
