Classic world of warcraft

How many of y’all will be playing classic when it releases, do you see it long term. I myself will give it a go but I’ll continue to play current as I’m having a good time with it.

I know some will love it. I probably will only touch it when there is a content drought in current content.

If others do the same it will be difficult to field 40-man teams… if that isn’t already an impossible activity.

I can only remember how grindy and tedious it was.

It’s so far away by the time it’s released I might be dead.

Please keep Classic threads to the Classic forum. And we really do need a flagging option to have posts shifted to the correct forum.

Meh. I doubt I’ll be over there.

i’m out of bfa when classic gets released… but I might be a bfa tourist every new patch or so.

it largely depends upon how much they butcher av in classic.

i will be on classic wow full time after i level my zandalari troll for his heritage armor.i will only come back to live for the new warfront xmog whenthey launch and to level my chr for the next expansion.

i cant wait for classic.

It’s had its run, it might last a while when its fresh but i don’t expect to see it long term. Times have changed since vanilla. You’ll see a lot of leavers, rage quitters, dungeon deserters etc.

I am going to treat it like I do all my character. Play it when I want and switch back and fourth between my live characters and classic character. I am in no rush as long as I am a high enough level to participlate in the AQ event when it comes out.

I absolutely cannot wait for classic. A lot of my friends are returning for it.

It will be a blast… people who hate on it for no reason probably don’t socialize and hate people in general.

Probably will do a mix of both. To keep things fresh for me. I love the fact that no sharding means I will have a community waiting for me that I can say holds some continuity with my gameplay.

I feel like with the way WoW is heading, making things more casual in retail… Allowing me to spend less time in Bfa, and still be able to enjoy most of the expansion while also allowing me to enjoy classic on the side whenever I finish the current Patch content. This will be a very healthy balance for most players to adopt. Would make it feel like the game isn’t lacking.

I will play classic but more for the nostalgia.Mainly just exploring Azeroth and how some of the zones used to look before Cataclysm.
The current Warcraft expansion will always have most of my focus though.

I will be returning to it and I plan to stay long term till either they release a tbc release or I run out of classes I wish to play.

Going to ignore it because I have no interest in going backwards but anyone who wants to play it more power to you.
