Classic Warrior Battle Shout Question

Doing BRD with a 60 Prot warrior who does not have Improved Battle Shout, I’m a 60 Fury Warrior with Improved Battle Shout. Prot warrior says he can’t apply his Battle Shout b/c my more powerful Battle Shout is active, hes using his BS for multi mob aggro.

Does his battle shout still get applied to the mobs?

Big problem is he only keeps BS up 25% of the time, and throws a big fuss whenever I apply mine when his BS is not active.

I don’t really know how the mechanic works in your specific situation, but it’s kind of irrelevant. If the buff has to be applied to generate threat, all he has to do is click off the buff you give him, and then he can battle shout himself to his heart’s content.

Battle Shout generates threat based on how many targets it’s applied to, though. If his only applies to himself, it’s terrible threat.
