Will it happen? This was my first wow experience and one of my favorite expansions.

I would play it! One of the best expansions for leveling/alt fans imo. Also the casual pvp was fun.

When people ask for Cata or MOP or WOD i dont see the point as dragonflight is just a better version of all of it. Outside of a couple of unique specs like glad stance warrior in WOD, Classes are superior and content is far better in dragonflight from what i have seen.

classes are way better in df lol said the person up there i find many who loved their class way more in wod and df ain’t doing crap just another shadowlands all over again. if they can make money it’s coming why would they not bring these out if they can make money if it gets to the point they can’t get no money they will stop. not like we have so many great mmo’s to play out there their all dead but 2.

I was so excited for all the Draenei stuff we were supposed to see in WOD but it just never happened.

It could be cool if they took the opportunity to implement all the stuff that was originally announced but got cut prior to release. Would also be neat if they went with the original story where we arrive shortly after Garrosh does, long before the Iron Horde is formed, and stop Garrosh’s efforts before they take root (this was changed halfway through development and largely responsible for content cuts, since entire zones needed reworking as a result).
Otherwise? Meh. Would be better to take the parts of WoD that worked well and plug them into a better expansion.

Classic MoP and Classic Legion would be neat, hard pass on the other ones imo (especially Classic Shadowlands 
)

Well I mean I guess they could just compress all of WoD’s content into a single rollout and that’d be ok, but it’d also be the shortest Classic ever.
That selfie camera patch was pretty dope.
Probably one of the best content patches in the history of not just WoW, but also MMOs in general.
It may never be topped.

i did enjoy the challenge modes for WoD.
Also the MoP ones but that’s not the current topic of course.

WoD was ok for me. I would probably play just for Burst of Speed on rogue. Loved that ability. I also enjoyed doing all achievements in Ashran.
never going to happen as that would actually require them to pull a good chunk of their current dev team off of whatever their working on to go work on wod classic which wouldn’t be a sure money maker since it was easily one of the worst received expansions after the initial hype to date since after the 10 million subs came a massive drop off of 70% of the player base. There’s also the off chance they didn’t save the plans for what they were going to flesh it out as or they forgot what it was going to be or parts of it never got past the prototype stage and you’re just seeing the shell of what it was going to be. They ALSO have to save the source code for those plans or they will be forced to redo it from scratch.
