I reserve comment on this until servers stabilize.
Not saying this is okay, but for a lot of people it’s because they have been talked to like this for the last 10 or so years when asking for classic. They got spammed the wall of no, said classic was all rose tinted goggles, said classic wouldnt last a week…and now that classic has been so crazy the last couple days i assume its sort of like an ugly duckling syndrome. Just my thoughts

you aren’t wrong, though. There’s just as much hate on GD for the classic crowd as you’re seeing here for retail players.
That’s humanity for ya. Personally, I still play retail up to Legion. I do have BfA on one account, but just don’t have the desire to progress there anymore.
I do think that once the poop slinging has subsided, they can exist nicely as 2 totally different games side by side.

As long as you are content with Classic as it is and dont want qol changes its all good
Any Facebook post that involves Classic has a plethora of prophetic retail players talking about how long it’ll last.
They can go be stunning and brave somewhere else.

A decade of instantgratification kids telling us “we really dont want” classic and then retail bombs once it is released says otherwise.
I am stereotyping but it has been historically accurate.
They are the same snowflakes who are offended by everything, dont have time to level but grind dailies, want instant 100, complaining about qol changes etc etc.
No. I will continue to laugh at anyone who thinks retail as it is now, is a good game. It is not and the empty servers show it. Hell. The latest expansion had subs lower than vanilla until classic was released. That is how BAD retail has devolved.
