Classic Show Helm syntax

Does anyone know the console commands to show or hide helm in the Classic wow client?

Basically I want to make a macro to show helm when I equip Transcendance helm, or hide helm when I equip Goblin Rocket Helm.

Is this possible?

/run ShowHelm(true or false)

true to show, false to hide.
