Will there be a way to tell what time zone the servers are physically located when they open them up for character creation? It’s not possible to tell by looking at the time zone of the server, as at least on live, a west coast server could have an east coast time zone. I’d prefer to play on a server physically located in my time zone, using my time zone.

Good question, I’d like to know that also.
Currently the actual, physical server locations in North America are actually only in Chicago and Los Angeles. Those two places host servers with different designated time zones.

We won’t know until they tell us. We have no information on servers at this time.
