Yep. This pretty much describes me. I’m going to play Classic. There is no way I’m going to keep up though. The content release really won’t affect me at any rate even though I agree with the setup. Hopefully I’ll hit 60 before Naxx releases…

What makes you think that a level 55 doesn’t also have Ice Block and won’t use it? Especially given that your plan is to CC lock them for 30 seconds, and Ice Block can be used while CC’d?

Yeah maybe. But I’m not worried about it personally. I’m not trying to rush to any realm firsts. If some other guild downs Nefarian faster than my guild because they had r14 weapons then good for them. They deserve it.

Right. Ok. I was not seeing the connection with the sharing an account with a guildie for honor.
And you should think about splitting the accounts apart for sanity sake if anything where to ever happen.

i leave them linked so she can use my mounts and BoA’s, and she would never remember her password and such if i split them

That’s the thing - I’m not crying about how the sky is falling. I’m saying there is potential for abuse and if it becomes a viable strat should be looked at considering the gear that you can get from PvP and the disruption of progression it can present.
Anyways, I’m done here. Not worth trying to offer a different perspective on potential issues if you’re just going to try to pigeonhole me into what you think is going to happen. The whole point of feedback is to look at things from different perspectives.
Players have had 15 years of experience. The game is not going to be played like it was in Vanilla.

The “Vote with your feet” concept is valid. What I don’t think is that there’ll be a bunch of people willing to actually quit over miniscule variations. They’re all talk, no walk.
That isn’t how liability works, like, at all. Nobody forced you to drive a car, but you can sue the car manufacturer for making a product that was dangerous.

Because on their vaunted 15k population private servers, they probably could.
not in 3 months, it takes several weeks of siting in top 3 to get r14, and you have to devote all of your time to pvp in order to do it
also, the honor decay of 10%, i think it was, makes it take even longer
