Looks like the character never had the “Rank” according to the PTR so the gear is not active.

I get that - its still an issue for testing purposes.
Its a ptr- remove the rank needed and let us all use it !!
Do you copy a character over? Are there pre-made characters too and is there some kinda gear vendor for testing use? After all it is a PTR so there should be things in the PTR to help testing.
Copy char is working - just loaded mine. Until i realised i had zero addons/keybinds/settings/macros - nothing. Thats atleast an hours work just redoing all my keybinds.
Oh man the keybinds is a pita…
The macro, just copy and paste them to notepad and then transfer from there.

Go to the WoW directory and copy your add-ons and WTF folder over.
Don’t have to do anything more than that.

Yep. Just did it to copy my bindings and add-ons real quick.
Add-ons are a bit trickier since the API changes with each patch and sometimes breaks them, but bindings are easy.
