I don’t see the point of a new player wanting to play classic if invasions are gone and everyone that’s left are the people who farmed those.

if people need more time for invasion, they were not committed in the first place, their loss.

A lot of people play Classic because they weren’t able to explore this world before they had joined Cataclysm or post game of that. With the invasions soon departing us I don’t think a lot of these people will continue levelling.

I believe what you’re looking for is ‘dynamic content’.
…which is something even Retail struggles to implement.

What does the invasion have to do with anything? I can’t think of a single reason why any of the rewards would be a deal-breaker for literally anyone, much less a new player.

If its the tabard you are worried about then it will return with the WoTLK Invasion after that its gone for good if i remember right.
WoW Classic will not die due to an event expiring otherwise we would of not had players on each expansion release

I didnt participate in any of the invasions, and I don’t care that I’m missing out on them forever after they end.

I actually think we’ll see people doing more stuff after the invasions end.
Right now everyone’s so busy raiding/farming/doing invasions they don’t have time for much else.
Not to mention a lot of people are away for the holidays which will be coming to an end as well.

I spend a lot of time running dungeons with friends, leveling alts, farming and selling herbs on the AH. There is a ton of things to do. If all you want are easy purpz maybe retail is the game for you.

A new player is not likely to get to 60 fast enough to take advantage of invasions anyway.
They’ll need a different source of motivation. Such as this game is fun…retail is not…something like that. Just an example.

Must be why people aren’t logging on anymore except to collect their purpz from Naxx. Even that is getting harder and harder to get the bodies needed to do.
lol what are you talking about… everyone i know is still loggin in. Maybe you just chose a bad server? Maybe your friends weren’t as good as you thought?
