Tried uninstalling, but I only get an error message instead, so it won’t let me. It’s not under my region/account area either. I really want to be apart of this stress test tomorrow! Anyone find a fix?
I can’t be the only one having this issue.
Uninstall/reinstall launcher.
Go into the settings and make sure it’s set to automatically update.
It won’t let me uninstall. I load up programs and features and I just get an error code, that leads to a link on B-net to submit a ticket.
It’s set to automatically update and download future content.
But Classic still is not there : (
Well that is a clue that your stuff ain’t right. Head over to technical support forum.

Does your launcher look like this with a drop down above the blue play button?

Click top left of launcher. – on the Blizzard icon. – Go to settings. Go to game settings. You should see both version of the game there. Do you?

My launcher does not look like that. It has PTR: WoW, Battle for Azeroth, and starter edition WoW. No classic
Yeah, you need to update your launcher. Follow the directions I linked.
Reinstalling now. Thanks - was unable to before! I’ll let you know what happens.

Hey friend. Had it all downloaded last night… opened my browser and now it’s not there. It’s like it reverted back to the old launcher? What the heck? It’s not even in my files anymore.

I know, but it was the old launcher, I fixed this issue last night with Thundertotem. Now it’s like I didn’t even install it. If it’s not playable, it should just be gray but it’s not even there like it was last night.
Do you have 2 desktop icons? One a “World of Warcraft Classic” launcher icon?

Your drop-down menu changed back to how it was before? Perhaps there’s some files you didn’t delete belonging to the launcher that are messing things up? Did you do step 5 of the instructions in his link(delete the battle.net folders)? It should be showing as a gray button if you’re not having issues.
Edit: I just saw your above post, so you have two different battle.net launchers, or two different WoW launchers? You should still be seeing Classic in the battle.net launcher regardless though, just grayed out.
Is your Play button for Classic blue right now? Or is that an old pic?
