Also, make sure you eat healthy. Skip the hotpockets. Go with the lean pockets.
Tuna and rice with hot sauce, white monsters, grapes, whiskey every time I ding!
Also lots of water, gotta stay hydrated.

I recommend a keto diet for classic launch.
It’s low residue, realistically, you can grind 1-60 and only take a single poo break.
The foods are calorie dense, so less time spent eating.
It’s good for maintaining a steady blood sugar, so no sugar crash to worry about.

I can only hope that by the time WOW Classic shows up I’m back to more normal eating. Right now I’ve got severe anemia, and it’s leafy greens, meat, vitamin-C rich juices, and so on, trying to pump up the red blood with iron.
(I know, I know, why am I complaining. Mostly because I’m a sweet tooth, and I can’t drink my chocolate milk with everything because chocolate has something that decreases iron absorption, as does anything with calcium.)

For launch? Typical day now that I’m on a 3x2 split workout plan. Lean meats, raw veggies and good complex.
But weekend after launch with friends when we roll into Ashenvale for the first taste of world PvP?.. I’ll be sitting on a cooler filled with Budlight like it’s high school all over again.

Either going to smoke a big brisket starting a day before launch, or have everything to go to live on carne asada tacos for a bit. Maybe both, brisket tacos sounds good too.
Just need some crushed ice, iced tea and beer.
