Same. I’d get to experience the 2 expansions I missed and then revisit where it all began for m.e
Private Servers were free to play and had quality of life changes, that people didn’t know were done, as evidenced by the “Not a Bug” list.

Haven’t watched too many interviews with any of the team members, but what I have seen indicates they care about their work quality and not just about $$$ like BfA.
Nobody cares about BFA, literally BFA storywriter have FFXIV profile pic, Lore play GTA V, Ythisens play Classic with Asmongold, none of the former Blizz employee play BFA.
BFA is dead, just bury it and call it a day.
You don’t look for a 40 man group its called guilds and raid times, everyone knew the raiding guilds on there server. It wasn’t like 100 guilds like it is now and people showed up to raid just like they do now.

Instead of improving BFA welfare loot and improving class balance in PVP and PVE classic is getting updates on every single posted concern by the minute. Actually feelsbadman
It’s hard to say how to fix BFA. It’s easy to point out what’s wrong with classic and needs fixing because classic is already a finished product.
They’ve taken the old silverware out of the cupboard and are being told “you’ve missed a spot” while polishing. That’s classic.
BFA they’re still building the new product from the ground up. And people are saying “this is wrong, that’s wrong.” while it’s still being built.
Do you see where I’m coming from on this?

You’re saying people cant point out BFA mistake until 9.0 or something?

You’re saying people cant point out BFA mistake until 9.0 or something?
The opposite. I’m saying that the mistakes in BFA can actually change, where as there are no “mistakes” in vanilla. Only predetermined glitches that can be fixed. (Like falling through the world, or something. Debugging basically.)
Vanilla wow is completed, there aren’t any “mistakes” to correct. There are things people do or don’t agree with. But it’s all set in stone.
BFA hasn’t settled yet. And it’s still being designed, it’s still growing. Things we complain about can be changed, but picking what to change and what not to change, as well as planning the future of the game comes into consideration, among so many other things.
It’s not tha BFA gets less attention than Vanilla WoW. It’s that it’s easy to point out what’s wrong with vanilla wow as we can all read the finished blueprints. Which makes it easy for blizzard to reply “OH, that’s right. Thanks for pointing that out.”
or “Oh, no that’s intended. You’re wrong.”
A lot of us have been playing retail the same way. It’s not hard to join a group and make friends, especially since people are always looking for more able bodied people (even more so depending on how the game’s state effects attendance). While this was even more true before we had all these queue systems, it almost seems like even us retail players are playing two completely separate games.
That’s… that’s what guilds are for.
Are you for real dude? Most of the people asking for Classic have been playing it for years on Nost/Ely/LH. They’re well aware of what they’re asking for.

Imagine this, 1 month into Classic you are about to start raiding. But you realize that you need to find 40 regulars without group finders to even make an attempt.
Well gosh. If only there was a feature that helped out with the problem that would just advertise itself in Trade Chat.
Because it was legit just beta released. Give it time rofl
The classic devs actually care unlike the retail devs.
Can you blame the company? BFA is a huge flop, nobody wanna work on that lol.
Hey you. Yeah you. Come here. I got something to tell you. But keep it a secret though.
Classic forums are that a way
———->
But don’t tell anyone ok? They would probably just ignore you anyways just like me.
as if spamming that is better
I wouldn’t have to spam it if people would use the correct sub forums, as they are just spamming retail forums with their classic conspiracies and end of retail doomsayer nonsense.
Topic involves both retail and classic
Report it if it offends you so much
It’s not offensive, just repetitive and annoying. There is a place reserved for these discussions.

This called General Discussion. Not Retail WoW Forums

OP is upset that classic is getting more attention than retail and that has nothing to do with retail?
Alright
