Evidently I get these “Bethnic” things, which I can grind up to 430 with something.
Classic is just the new thing, which people will realize is the “old thing” and is bad.

I know that’s gonna be the case with classic that’s why it irritates me that it’s getting so much attention when it could be better used to actually fixing the classes and fixing the loot system so that doing challenging content means being rewarded for it

It’s getting much attention because of the hype, and also it’s a “new” game so it takes much of the dev’s attention too.
3 months after launch you’d be seeing a lot less of them.

That being said there is a very dedicated and proud group of vanilla players that will stay. I honestly can’t wait to see how many servers have queues for the first 3-5months. It will deftly remain to stay popular since it’s a actual mmorpg experience. Unlike bfa sadly.

Classic is getting more attention than Retail because they’re promoting Classic right now. When it comes time for 8.2, they’ll promote Retail.

I personally understand why people want Classic to do well so blizzard ends
up adding Tbc or Wotlk servers etc. I personally hope they go a completely different route and just continue Classic but with a caring dev team with new raids,dungeons,bg’s and wpvp quest hub areas. Keep it very grindy and what you work for have value and meaning and MAKE SURE group play is a MUST to keep the social and guild integrity. At the end of the day long as I keep making new and good friends and feel meaningful for being in a guild I love it.

Imagine this, 1 month into Classic you are about to start raiding. But you realize that you need to find 40 regulars without group finders to even make an attempt. Within that 40 people, 2-4 of them would need to be tanks, and only warriors can do that in vanilla. Your chances are even smaller if they eventually decided not to implement cross realm play.
How many players would still remain in Classic after struggle through this? It there really gonna be more people in Classic for you to interact with?
Sometimes I’m not sure you people know what you’re asking.
