That’s the plan. I’ll make plans to do that quest even if I don’t quest in Elwynn forest. Facing Hogger has become kind of a right of passage while leveling.

I love the horde, and plan on my main being an orc.
That being said, I’m definitely rolling at least one human for a hogger raid.

My 1st death wasn’t to Hogger, it was Crystal Lake murlocs I believe, but I did die to him since I didn’t really notice/know what the elite tag meant.

My 1st death on a Horde alt was the UC elevator.

Hogger is a level 11 elite.
Some classes may be able to kill him at level 10, but he will wreck some people at 10 that try to solo him.

It’s only impressive if it’s at level 9 before void walker.

Probably doable because even at lvl 10 the void walker can only take a couple hits and you pretty much fear bomb Hogger to death. The only issue would be the level discrepancy causing resists.
