So I just heard about there is going to be some kind of new hardcore game type coming to classic WoW. This sounds interesting and will probably be coming back to try it out. I have a few questions though. Will HC Classic go up to lvl 60 only? So this means no Belfs or Dreani and Outlands. Will the skill trees be as they were in like 2004?
I am very interested in this and I am making plans on what class to role.
Yeh its simple classic day 1 wow with one life. So much fun, adrenaline filled moments and chill pace the same time. You can play it now with an add on “Hardcore” on whitemane. Lost a 41 and a 35 no regrets!

HC been around for a LONG… time mainly on pservers though i believe and used to have to record your entire run for it to be valid.
recently blew up so blizzard trying to hop on the band wagon to profit. probably will only be used for classic era. they do have one for wotlk but i think that one is less popular but still decent population to raid and stuff.
so not really new but they will have an official server where the addon shouldn’t be required not like the addon really is an issue tbh but many people do cheat it by turning it off and doing stuff like trading and all that well some people do. literally just the same game with 1 life and few added rules to make it harder and make you more self reliant.
if your planning to play i’d suggest playing now to at least “practice” for live servers. at least that is what a lot of people tend to do with these types of games especially when in beta but that is up to you.
and no it isn’t easy to hit 60 even with a hunter people be dying daily at high levels from all sorts of things. had a guildie die in a dungeon last night at 55. think he over pulled or something everyone dipped out and he ended up dying.
