From what I understand, you were the loot master when you where supposed to receive the Leggings of Polarity after downing Thaddius, yet they did not go into your bags, and as such you were unable to send the item to Todger.
I also apologize in behalf of my fellow GM from addressing you with the wrong name. On occasion we have to handle multiple cases at one time, so although improper, human erorr is bound to happen.
Although from your description I understand an anomaly must have happened, we customer support, cannot verify this anomaly on our end, and without verification from devs via investigation, we cannot intervene.
We do not have a direct line of escalation towards them, as we can only make a standard bug report, which has been made, and If I read correctly you also made one.
That said I am afraid that we simply arenāt in a position to retrieve the item for you or intervene here in any way. I know this is hard to accept, and I wonāt discount how discouraging this may feel, but we simply cannot intervene here.
I understand this is likely not the answer you were hoping for, but as bothersome as it might be we appreciate your understanding given the circumstances.
