Classic Era Right Click Turns Character Regardless Of Mouse Movement

With my Camera follow settings set to ‘Never’, I used to always be able to fish or gather from a node with my character facing a different direction to the camera. Now whenever I right click my character spins to face the direction the camera is pointing regardless of any mouse input.

You can recreate this bug by: Spinning your camera so your character is facing you, the viewer. Lifting your mouse off the table to ensure no mouse movement is detected. Right clicking. Your character should now be facing away from you.

The most annoying part about this change is that now I can’t fish from any other angle except for directly behind my character. I used to really enjoy the immersion of fishing with my camera set to different angles other than behind the character. Now that is ruined for literally no reason.

Please fix what right click does.

I noticed this as well, and more specifically when fishing. I keep my camera facing my character as I fish and you have to right-click the bobble. This 1.14 change will rotate my character to my camera position and essentially make me face the opposite direction without any mouse movement. Previously you could right click and as long as you did not move your mouse your character would not turn. Please fix/revert this change +1

Yeah retail has functioned this way for awhile, and it’s super annoying. It’s one of the main things that I preferred about classic. You used to be able to look around and plan your next path as you were gathering ore or a flower node, but now since era is on the same engine as retail, lots of these little annoyances have crept in. No one asked for these changes.
