I’m making this post to compile some information I have been using to guide my ranking journey on Classic Era.

Here’s how I personally use these resources: I use them all. I have a finger on every resource presented above, and if one of them shows a higher honor requirement than the others, which they almost never do, then I go for that honor requirement just to be safe. I’ll do this until I reach the 500k honor requirement, and then I won’t need these resources anymore.
Here is a snippet of information provided in game by the Ranker addon:
Ranker: Path to rank 14:
Rank 0 and 0% to rank 4 and 60.00% with 33,750 honor (current week)
Rank 4 and 60.00% to rank 7 and 60.00% with 110,000 honor (1 week)
Rank 7 and 60.00% to rank 9 and 90.00% with 256,250 honor (2 weeks)
Rank 9 and 90.00% to rank 11 and 70.00% with 418,750 honor (3 weeks)
Rank 11 and 70.00% to rank 12 and 84.00% with 500,000 honor (4 weeks)
Rank 12 and 84.00% to rank 13 and 58.00% with 500,000 honor (5 weeks)
Rank 13 and 58.00% to rank 13 and 92.00% with 500,000 honor (6 weeks)
Rank 13 and 92.00% to rank 14 with 500,000 honor (7 weeks)
Ranker: Remember, this prediction is based on 13 data points. You could gain a different result than my prediction.
Ranker: My predictions will become more accurate when more people use this AddOn, and more data points get collected week over week.
Caveats, notices, etc: The data presented to the playerbase by Blizzard was not great. All the above calculations are considered “best calculations”, which means they’re not guaranteed. They have, however, served me accurately so far.
